About Breanna Campion
Breanna Campion is the Community Paramedicine Program Administrator with Polk County Fire Rescue and lead Community Paramedic for the Helping HANDS jail transition program. Breanna has worked as a Paramedic with Polk County Fire Rescue in various capacities over the last 5 years and has used her expertise in pre-hospital emergency medical services to develop and implement numerous community initiatives to advance healthcare delivery through innovations in practice, collaboration, and education. Breanna received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing graduate degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aerospace Human Factors and the University of South Florida in Medical Sciences. Additionally, she is the recipient of the Polk County Fire Rescue Benjamin Lang Medal of Valor award, the Presidents’ Roundtable Distinguished Service Award, and the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Teamwork Award for Excellence in Pediatric Care.
