About Beth Stagner

Beth C. Stagner currently serves as the City of Raleigh’s interim Chief Information Officer. She filled this interim position in 2015 as well during a previous transitional phase. Beth has served in numerous roles within the department over her tenure with the City, starting in the geographic information services section in 1993. She now directs the Enterprise Applications and Data Division, managing enterprise software platforms and integrations across the City’s technology portfolio. She has spent her entire career working across all city departments on various projects and continues to leverage enterprise solutions to help city staff work more efficiently to inform and engage citizens and City stakeholders. Beth received a B.S. in Architecture from University of Virginia. She received certifications in Geospatial Information System, FEMA National Incident Management System and Information Techology Information Library.
