Ashley Berkshire

Ashley Berkshire, BSW, is a person in long-term recovery and the Criminal Legal Systems Program Coordinator at Voices of Hope for their Wave 1 - Sustainability program. The Sustainability program continues the provision of recovery support services initially implemented through a partnership with the University of Kentucky's HEALing Communities Study (HCS). In her role, she is responsible for supervising recovery coaches (a type of peer worker) deployed in criminal legal systems settings across three Kentucky counties. Voices of Hope provides strengths-based and person-centered recovery support services designed to build recovery capital in order to support life-long remission and recovery from opioid use disorder.
