Prof. Andrew Reamer, director of Counting for Dollars 2020 at George Washington University, will give an overview of the role of the census in determining the annual geographic allocation of over $900 billion in federal funds to states and local areas. He also will describe the fiscal impacts that an undercount could have on a county's allocation.
