NACo kicks off 2025 Legislative Conference

NACo Officers, County Officials
  • NACo President Roy Charles Brooks represented NACo at the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania’s Annual Conference in Erie County, Aug. 6-8, and traveled again to North Carolina Association of County Commissioners Annual Conference in Durham County, Aug 10–12.
  • NACo First Vice President Greg Cox was a featured speaker at the Association of Arkansas Counties Annual Conference in Pulaski County, Aug 8–11.

 

NACo Staff

  • Hadi Sedigh, associate legislative director, spoke on a panel about preparing for natural disasters at the National Conference of State Legislatures Conference in Boston, Aug. 9.
  • Andrew Goldschmidt, membership/marketing director, and Christina Iskandar, program director, traveled to Raleigh County, W.Va. to represent NACo at the County Commissioners’ Association of West Virginia Annual Conference held Aug 6–9.
  • Kathy Rowings has been promoted to associate program director for justice, and Michelle Price has been promoted to associate program director for health in the County Solutions and Innovations Department.
