Center Operations Coordinator

Phyllis Williams's responsibilities include: coordinate General Services; order and distribute office supplies; manage incoming and outgoing mail; and provide multi-functional printing needs for seven departments of the National Association of Counties. Provide company-wide assistance with special projects, such as, data entry, book bindings, mail distribution, mass mailings, printer and toner maintenance, etc. Promote green services, cost savings, and provide estimates for large printing jobs, supplies, regular, overnight and express shipping, postage and reproduction, etc. Assist the general public with telephone inquiries. Administer delivery, inventory, tracking services and printer usage reports. Certified FedEx and United Parcel Service operator.

Prior to NACo, Phyllis worked for Premier Personnel as a secretary, typing correspondence and creating charts. She also worked at Dynamic Concepts, Inc. as a secretary assurance clerk to ensure quality government land patents. She graduated from Montgomery Blair High School.
