Paul Terragno

Paul has served as managing director of the NACo EDGE (fmr. Financial Services Corporation) since June 2019 and is responsible for the day-to-day oversight with a focus on Business Development & Partnership Alliances.

Before joining NACo, Paul worked for 13 years as Vice President of Business Development and Contract Development for U.S. Communities. During his tenure at U.S. Communities, Paul was responsible for overall ownership of Business Development, Solicitation Management and Contract Development for 40 contracts and 47 supplier partners and for maintaining critical relationships with stakeholders. Paul was instrumental in growing U.S. Communities program sales from $300 million annually to over $3.2 billion annually.

He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, and holds a degree in Economics.
