    Megan is NACo program manager for justice. She is responsible for a variety of professional assignments aimed at informing, educating and assisting county officials across the country in their efforts to improve local services related to justice and public safety issues, including juvenile justice and intersections with other youth-serving systems. Prior to joining NACo, Megan was a program associate at the Pedagogy of Play at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. Megan has a masters of global affairs in international negotiation and conflict resolution from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
