About Grace Blanchard

Grace is NACo’s program manager for resilient economies and communities. Grace is responsible for a variety of professional assignments aimed at informing, educating and assisting county officials across the country in their efforts to improve local economic opportunity and diversification and effectively prepare for, respond to and recover from natural disasters. Before joining NACo, Grace worked as regional planner with the Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission. Prior to that, she was a Virginia Governor’s Fellow serving the Secretary of Commerce and Trade. Grace holds a bachelor's degree in public policy and leadership from the University of Virginia.
