How to Join NACo
County governments are the members of NACo. Once a county is a member, the benefits extend to all of the county's officials and staff. Dues are based on a county's 2010 Census population numbers and follow the calendar year — January through December.
Joining NACo is simple. Request an invoice and one will be sent. Once the invoice is paid, a welcome packet will be sent to the county with information about NACo member benefits, programs and resources that are available, along with tips on how to become involved.
NACo allows for interaction among all counties to voice the needs and interests of county governments in a variety of areas through policy making, exchange of ideas, leadership, services and programs.
