The NACo Virtual Federal Policy Summit brought together county leaders, members of Congress, federal officials, thought leaders and other partners for informative sessions on the numerous policy decisions being made at the federal level that will impact county governments.
All eyes were on county election boards across the country as they burned the midnight oil to complete counts of a record number of mail-in ballots in the election.
It was no different in Pennsylvania.
