    Tulsa County has allocated $3 million to add nonstop, direct flights in order to support the tourism industry and a return to pre-Covid revenues, $790,000 for a workforce training program for those affected by the economic downturn, $1.8 million for county remote working implementation, $200,000 to equip Expo Square with social distancing measures, $167,000 for jail inmate safety, $127,000 for additional Women in Recovery law enforcement staff, $75,000 for a "Return to Tulsa" tourism partnership and $45,0000 for additional Tulsa Area Emergency Management Agency staffing. Tulsa County also plans to fund other priorities, such as generating equity among undeserved populations and communities, building infrastructure and replacing lost revenue.
