El Paso County is investing $20 million for economic recovery focused on businesses, workforce development and local tourism, $17 million for public safety, $8 million for water infrastructure, $8 million for public health, $6 million for broadband infrastructure, $5 million for stormwater infrastructure and $2 million for individual and family assistance.
