The Vendor Portal announced by the Mayor’s Office on 9/15/2014, provided functionality for new vendors to register online with the County, and existing vendors to add or edit their profiles. The “Project Administration” feature includes Option to Renew, Project Initiation, Project Award, and Contract Modifications. The “Bid-Tracking” function tracks the life cycle of contracts, and allows the County customers to look up contract details such as type of bid, effective and expiration dates, and approval dates.
