The San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health’s (DBH) Transparency through Talk (TTT) interactive project maintains and supports a first-class workforce through the communication of relevant, timely, and accurate information through a variety of accessible platforms. The Transparency through Talk project also strengthens relationships between staff and management through the sharing of real-time, unscripted, accurate information, while empowering employees to ask questions and share concerns from the COVID-19 pandemic to the death of George Floyd. The project has significantly reduced stress and anxiety among staff and their families, supported rumor control within the organization, and has increased overall employee job satisfaction.
