The Transition to Virtual Learning is a strong foundation for countywide service delivery in the pandemic. This program reduced the overall training costs and increased employee engagement at Fulton County Government. The Employee Development Division trained 7118 participants during the pandemic, which is an increase of 198.27% compared to the prior year.
