PROS partner in the Transition Project is the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), a state agency that funds job coaches and the paid internship. Transition Project outcomes include: • 40 families have been educated at financial seminars, • nearly fifty Transition Assessments have been completed, • nine youth participated in paid PROS internships • four interns are currently in the hiring process.
