The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners partnered with St. Lucie Public Schools to create a program that allows special needs high school students to operate a coffee cart inside the county administration complex once a week, filling a much needed void for county employees looking for fresh coffee and healthy breakfast options, while giving high school students real-world, hands-on training in managing and operating a business.
