The San Bernardino County Library’s annual Staff Development Day provides staff the opportunity to come together as a team to participate in team-building activities. The purpose of Staff Development day is to provide training and development to all staff and is a way to bring employees together from all of our branches to interact with each other and the management team. We wanted to provide a meaningful and exciting day for staff to be aware of our successes and accomplishments for the year, unite as a team, share our goals and a consistent message of system offerings, and provide system wide training. We were able to engage our employees and grow and develop as a team.
