The marketing and Communications Program (MC) of the orange County Department of Child Support Services (CSS) encompasses results-oriented marketing, advertising, and community relations campaigns designed to promote child support services and meet customer needs. MC accomplishes this by: actively surveying current and prospective customers to identify needs, developing marketing concepts customized to the needs of individual communities, producing creative and informative publications, and excelling at customer service.
