The County of San Diego’s Department of Human Resources (DHR) developed the Project Management Workshop as a two-day training designed to provide an overview of concepts and techniques to promote project success. This workshop covers project management basics, team dynamics, and leadership skills using a sample project to demonstrate the application of the process, based on A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)1 5 Phase Project Lifecycle.
