This innovative program facilitates many collaborative activities and services to provide offender opportunities for successful transition from incarceration to the community. The program is built on a multidiscipline group representing the County’s Department of Correction, Health and Human Services, Department of Economic Development, and the Maryland Parole and Probation Office. The Montgomery County Correctional Facilities (MCCF) Re-entry for All Program offers an inclusive approach to promoting intergovernmental cooperation and coordination in addressing shared problems.
