The Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) successfully implemented the Timesheet-At-A-Glance (TAG) website to give In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) care providers access to their personal timesheet and paycheck information. This new website enables care providers to manage their timesheets in a convenient and safe manner. TAG has resulted in a reduction in volume of telephone calls and district office visits to inquire about paychecks, which benefits care providers and staff alike.
