Cabarrus County’s Tax department was utilizing a foreclosures management system that was written in the early 2000. The forward-facing website and internal administrative console left much to be desired and were starting to encounter issues. The Cabarrus County Information Technology Services development team completely rewrote the two applications, using current and up to date technology. The web applications are powered by extensive database designs and Laserfiche Workflows. The new applications are easy to use and provide a great user experience.
