With the allocation of available electronic resources, Government continues its pursuit of advanced technology. Local government has collaborated with the private and public sector to resume the “Go Green” initiative, in order to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer service. The Clark County Recorder’s Office has deployed various technological enhancements to streamline processes, maintain quality control, solidify partnerships, and enhance security in order to better serve the public. Electronic Recording (E-Recording) has, and continues to improve customer service, reduce traffic flow, reduce the influx of paper, and increases the revenue stream for the County and the State. The Clark County Recorder’s Office has provided a comprehensive detailed discussion of the E-Recording process, which fulfills the criteria for the 2018 NACo Achievement Award.
