In response to the growing usage of mobile and tablet devices to make online tax payments, Broward County’s Records, Taxes and Treasury Division (RTT) added to our payment website a mobile-friendly design and added a “Dynamic QR Code” to each property tax bill mailed in our annual tax cycle. The addition of a QR code to our printed tax bills allows mobile users to quickly and more efficiently access their online tax accounts and to make more accurate online payments. This new service furthers the County’s mission of providing more convenient and efficient payment methods and services for and remaining responsive to the changing needs and payment patterns of our taxpayers.
