The purpose of the Department of Human Resources’ (DHR) Diversity Outreach is to support the County’s Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Plan and to attract, develop and maintain a skilled, adaptable and diverse workforce by providing opportunities for our employees to feel valued, engaged, and trusted. The County’s recruiting efforts include analyzing census and internal data to determine the best advertising strategy to attract candidates that reflect the region’s diversity.
