Job & Family Services of Clark County (JFSCC), Ohio provides a diverse range of job and support services for families, children, adults, special needs individuals and businesses throughout Clark County. The organization’s diversity of services posed it with the challenge of presenting a unified identity and clarity of understanding of how it can benefit customers and the community as a whole. One of the ways of accomplishing this is through an Annual Report publication which is featured in an electronic format on the JFSCC website. While tied together under a common support mission, each division within the department has a highly unique focus and audience base. All four divisions have the goal of enhancing their identity beyond certain aid resources, but as value-added and thoughtful contributors to self-sufficiency or enhanced quality of life…helping consumers down the road to permanent solutions, not simply temporary ones. Stakeholder and partner relationships are important in enhancing the department’s image and effectiveness in many areas. Several audiences are commonly served by multiple divisions within the department, so a more unified identity was beneficial to present the range of ways these complementary organizations benefit individuals and groups within the community. The branded identities for each division has been featured in segments throughout the report: http://issuu.com/oxiem/docs/2012flipbookfinalls?mode=embed&layout=http%3A%2F%2Fskin.issuu.com%2Fv%2Flight%2Flayout.xml&showFlipBtn=true
