The Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) is committed to increasing family self-sufficiency by meeting the needs of customers in innovative ways that engage and educate the public. DCSS partnered with both government and community-based organizations to bring case management services onsite in local communities. These alternative venues have allowed customers to engage with DCSS in a neutral environment in which they feel comfortable. This multi-site outreach campaign has allowed DCSS to provide one-on-one case management services to over 450 customers since 2014.
