The task of hiring qualified building inspectors and plans examiners has been an issue considering the demand and requirements for them to apply and be hired.Our goal is to be a leading role model in governmental processes. In this industry it is not only important to make sure our citizens and business owners are confident with government but also that our employees are self-assured that their talents are appreciated and acknowledged.Thus, we created this project to revamp our hiring process to better serve our citizens and meet the level of service and transparency we strive for.
