Palm Beach County’s Community Services OSCARSS Portal is the information hub for Special Funding and Low Income Assistance in Palm Beach County. Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) has created funding for Low-Income Homeowners to replace outdated, inefficient, or non-functioning HVAC Systems. Palm Beach County Community Services Department asked their Information Systems Services Team to create a process to accept and process applications from local HVAC Vendors who are willing to participate in this new program. Community Services approved around 15 Palm Beach County HVAC Vendors to participate in this program. The Budget for this program was $1,700,000.00.
