Kyle Cline

National Development Director, NACo FSC

Kyle Cline serves as FSC’s National Development Director. He supports the NACo/U.S. Communities program including marketing, promotions, driving sales and serves as the regional liaison responsible for building and maintaining state relationships in the Midwest, Southeast and East Coast.

Before joining NACo, Kyle served as National Policy Advisor and head of federal government relations for the Indiana Farm Bureau in Indianapolis. Prior to that, he was awarded the prestigious Robert Bosch Fellowship and lived/worked in Germany for one year focusing on clean technology and renewable energy policy, innovation and entrepreneurship. Before that, Kyle was General Manager of the Richard G. Lugar Center for Renewable Energy at Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis (IUPUI).

Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Public Affairs (MPA), both from Indiana University where he graduated as Outstanding Master of Public Affairs.
