Registration fees include all sessions and functions that are a part of the official program. Registration fees do not include transportation or hotel accommodations.

Cancelation Policy

Refund of conference registration fee, less an administrative fee of $75, will be made if a written notice of conference registration cancellation is postmarked no later than January 31, 2020. Cancellation request postmarked February 1, 2020 - February 21, 2020 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half of the registration fee (this applies to all registration types including guest and spouse fees). No refund requests will be honored for registrations canceled after February 21, 2020 or for “no-shows”. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations must be requested in writing. Note: If you cancel your registration prior to January 31, 2020 any hotel reservation associated with your registration will also be canceled. However, if you cancel after January 31, 2020, you will need to call the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.

Nestled in between the urban Adams Morgan & Dupont Circle neighborhoods, conference headquarters will be located at the Washington Hilton. Special rates have been secured but you must register for the conference before booking your room.

All conference sessions will be held at the Washington Hilton unless otherwise noted in the program. All rates are quoted exclusive of applicable D.C. taxes (currently at 14.95%). Room block rates are good through January 29, 2020 and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Note: Rooms may sell out early; once the block is sold out, the hotel’s market price applies regardless of the date of booking. Please confirm all cancelation policies and deposit requirements when booking your reservation. Any cancellation charges incurred are the responsibility of the attendee. Hotel rooms are only available to registered attendees.
