    The U.S. Supreme Court has two new justices and a docket of cases relevant to counties. This session covers several First Amendment cases, including a case involving an enormous cross on count 
    property, a cemetery takings case against a county and employmentand police cases, plus a discussion of how the addition of Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch will change the Court.
