Members will hear from federal officials and policy experts on the latest telecommunications and technology federal policy issues. The steering committee will review upcoming legislation and regulations in the 116th Congress related to rural broadband, 5G mobile network deployment and broadband coverage mapping. Steering committee members will consider interim policy resolutions used to guide NACo’s advocacy efforts before Congress, the White House and federal agencies.
