This session will explore the Future of Work through the lens of new energy technologies and energy transition. As renewable energy continues to decrease in costs and increase in deployment, disruption is occurring in economies and communities across the nation. This session will convene subject matter experts and county leaders to share how counties can tap into this energy transition and develop workforce strategies to fuel new job growth and power local economies.
