A refund, less an administrative fee of $75, will be made if written notice of the cancellation is received no later than February 2, 2018. Cancellation requests received February 3, 2018 – February 23, 2018 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for registrations canceled after February 23, 2018 or for “no-shows.” Substitutions can be made at any time without penalty. This Conference is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, or news organizations from photographing, video or audio-taping some Conference activities. NACo reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness on social media and/or in future marketing materials. NACo is NOT responsible for individual participant’s use of your image or likeness.
