    How Does it Work?

All events on the schedule will be presented virtually. Registered attendees will have access to all posted events. Viewing information will be sent via email to all registered attendees no later than 24-hours before an event. Group discounts are available. To get a group discount, choose a group package. The first person from your county to register will see all available options for both individuals and groups. At that time, you will have the option to register as an individual or purchase a group package. If you are not sure if a group package is right for you, that’s OK! You can register as an individual and the next person can choose to upgrade to a package price and still get the group discount.

NACo now has a “smart” registration system and if another individual from the same county registers at a later date, the system will automatically offer the group discount based on the email address they provide. Group upgrade purchases will only charge the difference between the package price and the first person’s registration.

    Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled by March 1, 2021 will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellation requests made after March 1, 2021 will not be refunded.

All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing nacomeetings@naco.org or faxing a cancellation request to 866-741-5129. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

    Group Cancellations

If you registered and paid as part of a group registration package, please email nacomeetings@naco.org to avoid cancelling the entire group.

    Registration Transfers & Substitutions

To transfer a registration, please email nacomeetings@naco.org and provide the name and email address of the person whose registration you are transferring and the name and email address of the person to whom the registration should be reassigned.

    Waiver & Release

By registering for this meeting, I agree to abide by NACo’s Virtual Event Code of Conduct and acknowledge that violating said code of conduct may result in being removed from a virtual event without a refund.
