This management position is responsible for planning, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and business activities for ensuring compliance with federal and state performance mandates for social services programs. In all four of SSA's Divisions (Children and Family Services, Family Self-Sufficiency and Adult Services, Assistance Programs, and Administrative Services), Administrative Manager II's provide supervisory direction to Administrative Manager I's and high level supervisors to ensure Agency goals are achieved, and are accountable for the performance and productivity of their program operation in delivering efficient and effective services.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience performing at an Administrative Manager I or equivalent within a substantially large and/or complex social services or government organization.
