Valerie Brankovic

Legislative Associate

Valerie joined NACo in 2017 and serves as a Legislative Associate, staffing NACo's Veterans and Military Services Committee and supporting the Health, Human Services and Education, and Community, Economic and Workforce Devleopment Policy Steering Committees. Prior to joining NACo, Valerie completed a Fulbright Research Grant in China and interned with Rep. Lois Frankel on Capitol Hill and with the Office of the Public Defender in Champaign County, Ill. Valerie graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.A. in Political Science.
