Scott Whitfield II

Manager of Strategic Partnerships, NACo FSC

Scott Whitfield is a Manager of Strategic Partnerships for NACo FSC, supporting the U.S. Communities program by acting as the Southeastern regional liaison. He is responsible for building and maintaining state association relationships, serving our members, determining emerging needs, driving sales and handling promotional initiatives.

Prior to joining NACo FSC, Scott was Field Marketing Manager for Louisiana Pacific Corporation where he led all strategic marketing efforts in the Southeast to help increase brand awareness and sales. Prior to that, Scott was selected to be a part of the Honeywell’s Inaugural Sales & Business Academy. Upon completion of the program, Scott was promoted to channel marketing where he developed and managed numerous lead generation programs, campaigns and systems globally.

Scott graduated from East Carolina University, where he studied Health Services Management.
