    Naomi is NACo’s legislative assistant for health, human services and education. She is responsible for supporting projects and activities within NACo's health and human services & education portfolios in the Government Affairs Department. Prior to joining NACo, Naomi worked as a research assistant at O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, studying how race and socioeconomic status impact patient-provider relationships in the American healthcare system. Naomi received her bachelor’s degree in public policy from Indiana University.
