Marsha Saunders

Director, Conference and Leadership Development

Marsha joined NACo in the fall of 2017 to manage the team responsible for planning and executing the association's meetings and conferences. Prior to that, she ran the conference department for a D.C.-based financial services association where she became versed in managing a multi-million dollar budget, global operations and strategic implementation.

Marsha grew up outside Minneapolis, Minnesota, loves Viking football and roots for the Caps and the Nats. She holds a B.A. degree in Communications from George Mason University.
