    Khea Pollard is responsible for informing, educating and assisting county officials across the country in their efforts to improve local justice systems. Prior to joining NACo, Khea served as a Policy Advisor to County Supervisor Greg Cox, advising him on policy and programs pertaining to Health and Human services including education, juvenile justice, child welfare, equity and racial justice, eligibility services, behavioral health and more. She is passionate about creating opportunities for youth and supporting community-based solutions to counties’ most pressing problems. Khea holds a bachelor’s degree in English, a bachelor’s degree in Ethnic Studies and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership Management.
