    Khea Pollard

    Khea Pollard is a Justice Program Manager at the National Association of Counties (NACo) responsible for a variety of professional assignments aimed at informing, educating and assisting county officials across the country in their efforts to improve local justice systems.

    Prior to joining NACo, Khea served as the Senior Health and Human Services Policy Advisor to San Diego County, Calif. Supervisor Greg Cox, advising him on policy and programs pertaining to the multibillion-dollar budget for the Health and Human Services Agency. Khea advised Supervisor Cox on the issue areas of education, juvenile justice, child welfare, equity and racial justice, eligibility services, behavioral health and more. She is passionate about supporting community-based solutions to counties’ most pressing problems and creating opportunities for youth, serving as a youth policy mentor in San Diego. Khea holds a bachelor’s degree in English, a bachelor’s degree in Ethnic Studies and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership Management.

Khea Pollard is a Justice Program Manager at the National Association of Counties (NACo) responsible for a variety of professional assignments aimed at informing, educating and assisting county officials across the country in their efforts to improve local justice systems.
