Kevin Shrawder

Kevin is NACo's associate director for economic and government studies. He oversees the portfolios which include federal policy implementation, county economies, federally-owned public lands and special projects to develop research and data analytic work. Since joining NACo in 2019, Kevin has been involved in several signature research projects including spearheading NACo's Housing Task Force, managing the Business of Counties and County Executive Roundtable member networks and leading the formation of the National Center for Public Lands Counties. 

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind. and a Master of Science in Data Science with a concentration in Analytics from The American University in Washington, D.C.
