Digital Communications Manager

Serving as the Digital Communications Manager, Hugh Clarke uses the mediums of video and photography to communicate NACo initiatives and pressing county issues. Hugh previously worked as an attorney for the American Postal Workers Union and also a photographer for the Washington Blade and

Hugh obtained a Juris Doctorate from American University and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
