    Dorina Tota

    Dorina is NACo's system administrator. She is responsible for the servers and network infrastructure, general end-user support, including the procurement of technology equipment, as well as management of the helpdesk, and deployment of end-user equipment. Before joining NACo, Dorina worked as an IT specialist with the Montgomery County, Md. Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to that, she worked as the IT help desk manager for the Democratic Party of Albania. Dorina holds a bachelor's degree and a master’s degree in mechatronics, robotics and automation engineering.
