    Charlotte is NACo’s Program Manager for Justice. She is responsible for assisting county officials across the country in their efforts to improve local justice systems. Prior to joining NACo, Charlotte served as Policy Analyst with the American Civil Liberties Union. She also interned at the Leadership Conference on Civil & Human Rights. Charlotte holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Tulane University and a JD from The UDC David A. Clark School of Law.

Charlotte is NACo’s Program Manager for Justice. She is responsible for assisting county officials across the country in their efforts to improve local justice systems.
