She is responsible for a variety of administrative duties aimed at supporting the HR team, including onboarding new employees, and coordinating staff professional development trainings and courses. Audrey has over four years of robust experience within HR support roles. Before joining NACo, Audrey worked as a recruiter specialist with McKinley Marketing Partners. Prior to that, she was an operations specialist with Zillow Group. Audrey is a Maryland native and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Roanoke College.
