Curtis Webb

Curtis Webb is the Senior Director and Head of Disbursements for Visa Direct North America at Visa. Visa Direct facilitates both domestic and international money transfers. Curtis leads the strategy and product management for business-funded disbursement use cases, focusing on labor and wages payouts and small to medium businesses. He also oversees established use cases such as government, loan disbursements, and insurance.

Curtis' expertise lies in acquiring, tokenization, bill payments, and faster payments. Previously, he held product management leadership roles at MetaBank/Pathward, Citibank, and Mastercard. Curtis earned his MBA from Northeastern University and his Bachelor of Science in Management from Saint Francis University. He is also a licensed Private Pilot with the US Federal Aviation Administration.
